At ATCO Pest Control, our team is the foundation of our success. This month, we’re excited to highlight one of our exceptional Customer Care Representatives, Abril Morga-Bailon.

Abril has been with ATCO for nearly two years. She works in our New Services Department, where she consistently goes above and beyond. Her dedication and warm personality have made her a standout in the customer service field.

Before joining ATCO, Abril spent most of her career in the food industry. She decided it was time for a change and wanted to explore something completely different. Looking back, she says, “I’m so glad I took the leap to join ATCO. It’s been such a rewarding experience.”

In her role, Abril loves connecting with customers and making sure their pest control needs are handled quickly and efficiently. When asked about her favorite part of the job, she shared, “I love being in constant communication with customers and ensuring their pest control needs are taken care of. This company has made me feel like part of the ATCO family. They’ve supported me and encouraged me to grow.”

Abril’s passion for customer care and commitment to excellence have earned her the respect of both her team and our customers. Watching her grow in her role has been a joy for everyone at ATCO.

When she’s not at work, Abril enjoys spending time with her family. They love traveling to new places and baking together, which is one of their favorite hobbies.
